Bio

BR&D Landscape was incorporated in 1995. As early as 1975, however, Debbi Kiebler was dabbling in plants and design as a hobby. As her passion grew, so did requests from friends and neighbors. Along with Bud, her husband, they had been the ultimate do-it-yourselfers, building patios, room additions, and full landscapes. Bud was taught woodworking and how to build walls by his father. He had his first pond in 1959. They sold patio kits in the 1980's through a family connection in the brick industry. Then in the 1990's as Bud became disillusioned with the corporate world, he decided to join Debbi in a family-owned venture helping more people install their landscaping. They offered kits and phases because that was always the way they had to do their own yards. With both Bud and Debbi having business degrees, and Bud teaching quality processes and business development, they were a perfect match to their hands-on experience in landscaping. From those early goals of passing along their hands-on experience and expertise, their business has grown rapidly, even during drought and recession.

Our focus is on quality first. We know from experience that you will pay more in the long run for a job done by cutting corners. For example, the soil preparation we do requires a bit of an investment. You will be able to tell the difference, however, in the health of your plants and sod and you won't have to water as often. This is something that can never be fixed if done poorly unless you start over. So our emphasis will be to do that phase correctly, even if it means putting off another phase until later because of budget constraints. Our entire proposal to you will be based on this premise.

Further, we show up on time to our meetings with you and we follow-through. We do what we say we're going to do, and we stand behind our work.

• Debbi Kiebler - Debbi is one of the owners, and she took her passion and hobby and turned it into a thriving enterprise. 
 
• Bud Kiebler - Bud is one of the owners and also the construction "boss." Bud's corporate background in quality processes brings a professional bent to everything we do.
 
• Kelly P. - Kelly is our office manager and joined us in 2007.
 
• Lisa O. and Tyler G. - Lisa O. and Tyler G. are our Pond Service Technicians. If you never want to touch your pond but still be able to enjoy it, one of them can come once a week to clean and add water treatment products, or can do a spring or fall cleaning once a year, or they can fix a pump or repair a leak. All our pond service packages are custom-tailored. 
 
• David M. - David is our lead construction supervisor and has been with BR&D since 1998.  David is known for his creative designs, stonework, rapport with customers and tremendous work ethic.
